Another Followup

April 14th, 2011

… yeah looks like there’ll be a few of these.

So the new cart should work the same way as the old one now. I’ll run a few tests to see that it’s functioning right then we should be back where we were :)

More Update

April 14th, 2011

Yes I’ve actually been working on the site, well THAT part isn’t that unusual. As from the Site Info posts here I do every few months tinker with the site, get discouraged and give up with little visible change.

But I’ve been working on the little things this week.

So now you’ll find all the navigation links on this page will take you over to the correct catatagories on the /au page.

Though you might not notice, both sites look exactly the same!

But yes the links her function as they should now, but take you over there.

Later in the day I’ll make sure the cart functions the same way over there as it did here, and look at moving these blog posts over. But now it’s lunch break time! LOL

Update

April 14th, 2011

Ok it does look like the error was my fault, LOL well done self.

And while I think it might possibly be repairable, I have instead opened the /au store as that was the plan anyway.

All the products have been transfered to that site, but I will keep this site open until I’ve transfered the reviews and so forth.

So to access the shop, please visit

http://redlionbjd.com/au

If you have the site bookmarked please change to that address, I will add a divert for some time once I get the other site running as I like.

Error

April 12th, 2011

So it looks like the cart system I use changes the catagory links structure when it last updated so at this writing the sidebar and buttons don’t work. I will fix that over the next day.

At this stage I’m working on accessing the updated links.

Please return tomorrow if you wanted to browse the store.

My appologies for the disruption.

Upgrade

August 6th, 2010

Finally the long awaited website upgrade is upon us.

Firstly I’m migrating everything from www.redlionbjd.com/dollisle to www.redlionbjd.com/au. Not a big change but things will sit better that way.

Currently both sites are identical (aside from a few ‘back end’ things that aren’t visable) orders can be placed through either.

If you encounter any errors at the time of ordering (or generally), please try the contact form linked at the top of the page, email me, find me via PM (username narhloki) on various boards or leave a comment on this post.

Hopefully errors will be few and far between, but the upcoming changes will make the site run better in the long run.

Review: Orange T-Shirt (Super)

October 30th, 2009

Today we look at the Orange T-Shirt.

A great edition to any casual wardrobe this simple T can be worn as is or embellished to suit your dolls tastes.

It closes with a Velcro strip down the back for ease of dressing and has a nice loose relaxed fit. The pictured doll is an Elfdoll Rainy Doll girl with the older large bust three part torso.

These t-shirts come in Pink, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple and Grey so you can match them to your dolls tastes.

A cute wardrobe staple.

Review: Gold Ankle Strapped Shoes (Super)

October 28th, 2009

Today we look at the Gold Ankle Strapped Shoes.

These are great little heels that are available in many different colours. We had the gold in stock recently. Simple in design, a low heeled court shoe, these shoes can be worn one of three ways. They come with two lengths of ankle strap, so they can be worn as a slip on shoe, with an ankle strap, or the longer strap can be used and wrapped around the ankle for a crossover effect.

The straps have buckles for a realistic look, but do not need to be unbuckled to be put on and taken off. The addition of a small hook on the strap which tucks behind the buckle makes this all easier.

These shoes suit a variety of looks, but if gold isn’t your dolls style you can chose from White, Black, Red, Hot Pink, Light Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue and Silver.

There’s something to suit everyone!
